COVID-19 Update for Our Customers

18th August, 2021

Yesterday evening, the New Zealand government announced that the country’s alert has risen to Level 4 with immediate effect for at least 7 days for the Auckland region and at least 3 days for the rest of the country.

We’d like to reassure everyone that the well-being of our customers, employees and community is of absolute importance. We are closely monitoring all communications and updates from the New Zealand Government and the World Health Organisation websites to make informed decisions to ensure the health and safety of our customers, staff and the wider community.

While we continue to make the health of our customers, employees and the wider community our first priority, all of our staff have returned to working from home. This is in line with the New Zealand Government’s latest recommendations.

Our customer service teams, technical support and warranty teams are also working hard to ensure they continue to deliver a high level of customer service for all our valued customers and anyone that requires our assistance. They can be easily contacted via the below channels.

On top of this we are also practising social distancing and increased hygiene practices in offices that remain open as recommended by governments and health officials.
