COVID-19 Update for Our Customers

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we’d like to reassure everyone that the well-being of our customers, employees and community is of absolute importance. We are closely monitoring all communications and updates from the New Zealand Government and the World Health Organisation websites to make informed decisions to ensure the health and safety of our customers, staff and the wider community.

Here at MHI, we are doing everything possible to reduce the spread of COVID-19. While we continue to make the health of our customers, employees and the wider community our first priority, all of our staff have returned to working from home. This is in line with the New Zealand Government’s latest recommendations. While our customer service, technical and warranty teams are now working from home, they are still able to provide the same level of continued support to our valued customers and can be easily contacted by the channels below.

On top of this we are also practising social distancing and increased hygiene practices in offices that remain open as recommended by governments and health officials.
