As part of their ongoing dedication to training, customer development, support and overall business growth within New Zealand, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries recently launched their brand new ‘Akoranga’ training facility at their head office in Epsom, Auckland. Meaning ‘circumstance of learning, time of learning or place of learning, in native Māori, ‘Akoranga’ represents both the new training space and the ethos of the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries team as they look to support New Zealand customers with a dedicated training and learning space. In their latest 2022 review, leading consumer advocacy group Consumer has recommended a total of 20 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries heat pumps, including 8 split systems from our Avanti®, Avanti PLUS® and Bronte® Series. Conztruct is New Zealand’s largest nationally run trade show for the building and construction sector. These appointments form part of an internal review of the company’s structure to ensure that it continues to best service the needs of both its external and internal stakeholders. As of 01 July, Carrie Che is appointed in the role of General Manager, Finance and Accounting and Company Secretary and Rita Doulkeridis is appointed in the role of General Manager, Operations. Both employees have been with the company for several years and have worked their way up the ranks – testament to their work ethic.
