Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is proud to announce that it has been listed as an official supplier of the EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes Programme. Warmer Kiwi Homes is a Government programme offering grants covering two thirds of the cost of ceiling and underfloor insulation, as well as ground vapour barriers, heaters including heat pumps (up to $2,500). The programme organised and run by the EECA , aims to help lower income earners within New Zealand stay warm and dry this winter by making it easier to afford items such as insulation, heaters and of course heat pumps by offering grants. Leading consumer advocacy Consumer NZ has recently recommended three of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Heat Pumps in their May 2019 review. Further cementing its place in the market, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries heat pumps fared exceptionally well across all three Heat Pump categories with recommendations across small, medium and large capacity units. For their May review, Consumer NZ analysed performance data from 252 heat pump systems, rating them for their heating and cooling efficiency, indoor and outdoor noise levels and their performance in low temperatures.   Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) introduces the enhanced award-winning FDT range for commercial use that provides comfort for everyone in the room. The FDT range won the 2016 Good Design Award by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion. It includes an in-ceiling, four-directional indoor unit which offers improved airflow via a high performance yet low noise fan. “The best air conditioners are ones we don’t notice.   Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) has recently implemented the next stage of the global launch of Q-ton by introducing this air to water CO₂ heat pump to the Australian and New Zealand market. The recently WaterMark[1] certified product provides  sanitary hot water outlet temperatures from 60°C to 90°C for commercial applications.
