MHI Delivers National Product Training Across New Zealand
To foster the company’s ongoing commitment to its dedicated customers and service agent groups, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries successfully completed its first round of National Product training in late 2019 with a plan to develop further training programs across New Zealand for customers throughout 2020.
Designed to increase understanding of the complete MHI product range and technologies, the one-day course gives customers an overview of the different products available from MHI including fundamental functions, features and their technical applications.
The one-day course was delivered by Reza Maziar, MHI’s Research and Development Manager, to participants in Auckland, Christchurch and Palmerston North. Managing Director for MHI, Mr. Yuji Ito, notes that the new training course is a way for MHI to further increase product knowledge to our customer base.
“For MHI, we rely on our dedicated customers as our brand ambassadors. They are the face of our company out on the road on a day to day basis meeting consumers and recommending and specifying our product range. The plan is to evolve and increase our training program catering to different level of customer requirements. By offering our customers these training courses MHIAA is further cementing our commitment to our customers and continually supporting the partnership they have with MHIAA.” Mr. Yuji Ito
Mr. Yuji Ito notes that the company looks forward to this new era for MHI and the partnership with our customers throughout 2020. MHI would like to thank all our valued customers who have attended the training programs and we look forward to bringing you further successful courses throughout 2020.”-Mr. Yuji Ito.
The upcoming training programs by MHI will cover more in-depth topics and focus on specific product categories from an Engineering, Service and Maintenance context, to provide MHI customers with the tools and information on the innovative solutions and applied technologies in the HVAC industry.
