Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Named as People’s Choice of Heat Pumps Two Years in a Row
Our customers voted for us! In their latest 2024 People’s Choice Awards, independent consumer advocacy group Consumer has named Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as The People’s Choice of heat pumps for the second year in a row!
Scoring a huge 94% for reliability and 94% for total customer satisfaction, we’re proud to have beaten other brands and taken out the 2024 People’s Choice Award for the heat pump category.
ABOUT THE PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
The People’s Choice Award recognises brands that stand out in people’s feedback and in Consumer’s expert evaluations. The People’s Choice award applies to a class of products that the brand produces.
The awards are based on Consumer’s audience surveys, which ask heat pump owners a number of different questions relating to their experience with their heat pump. This includes its performance, reliability, cost to purchase, their overall satisfaction and whether or not they would purchase the same heat pump brand again.
The People’s Choice Award provides a valuable seal of approval for shoppers. Consumer go on to explain that when a brand holds the award, users can be sure that testing results for its performance are statistically robust and significantly higher than the average for that category.
Consumer makes it clear that business have no input whatsoever in the testing programme or surveying to ensure the award is 100% independently and legitimate.
Consumer also highlights that People’s Choice products do consistently well across all three measures, outperforming other products in the category. If no product stands out from the crowd or performs well enough overall, no award will be announced for that category.
The latest People’s Choice award is another huge accolade for Mitsubishi Heavy industries which had 20 heat pumps recommended in Consumer’s 2024 heat pump survey.
